By using Salisbury Bookkeeping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Salisbury Bookkeeping provides fractional CFO, bookkeeping, job costing, cash flow forecasting, WIP reporting, and related financial advisory services for construction companies. Services are provided on a subscription basis with pricing as quoted and agreed upon in writing.
You are responsible for providing accurate financial data, maintaining the security of your accounts, and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or data breaches. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Services are billed monthly or as otherwise agreed. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension. Setup fees are non-refundable once implementation begins.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salisbury Bookkeeping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
All content, materials, and tools on our website and in our services are owned by or licensed to Salisbury Bookkeeping. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our express written permission.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Termination does not eliminate payment obligations for services already rendered or setup fees already incurred.
Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not accountants or CPAs and do not provide legal or tax advice.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
